I signed up for a day trail with RemarkaMobileduring that time the company was going through so growing painsI called the help desk, and emailed the support desk repeatedlyMost of my correspondence was not returnedthis went on for several days well passed ** day trailFinally wonderful support agent Venshe bent over backwards trying to helpEven though she tried for me it was too little to late
I went online into my profile and attempted to cancelled all of my accountsA month later I see a charge from themI immediately sent a not to friendly emailOkay I was out of lineI told them I was going to share my experience with RemarkaMobile with all my Social Media NetworksThen I requested a refund of $dollars, and dared the to charge me again!
To make a long story short it took about a week going back and forth them threatening legal action against me for slander ectFinally VenThe support person mentioned above emailed me stating RemarkaMobile would issue me a $credit stating this would have been resolved sooner if I had not threaten them and followed the proper cancellation process! RemarkaMobile requested that I send them proof of my attempt to cancelThe company spent a great deal of time and money trying to prove I didn't cancel correctly
I could be wrong but I do not think this matter was handled correctlyNow I am so disappointed with the I want a total refund, and a new trail period to see if I like the services since I was unable to do so the first time due to no fault of my ownall total it cost me over $This includes a fee to a third party commission fee
