Review: We have contracted with [redacted] at Remax Achievers to sell our house. The services she advertises on her website have not been delivered. We have asked for a marketing plan and received none. We have notified and asked the broker/owner for a release. of the contract and been denied. We signed a 6 month contract to expire 10/11/13 only to find out that the contract would extend until 10/26/13, 6 months after the house was listed.

Among the Customized Marketing techniques she advertised but has not delivered:

1. Staging advice from an expert
