We bought an expensive mattress from this company about years ago When purchased the salesman told us it had a year warrantyIf the mattress indented more than 1/inches over the years, it would be replaced Well its only been years and the mattress is so deformed you can't really even sleep on it, its so uncomfortable I called Denver Mattress to start the warranty process and the salesman informed me that the mattress has to be perfectly clean to be warrantied How [redacted] are you supposed to keep a mattress perfectly clean over years Its had mattress cover on it since day one but there's still somne dirty spots that won't come clean This ** policy was never explainedWe were just told if it deformed far enough it would be replaced So not only is there product garbage, I'm stuck with a mattress I paid over $for and is now completely uselessThis mattress was in our guest room for the first two years, so it's really only been slept on for 3-yea

My daughter purchased a bed on from Denver Mattress in Lakewood, CO on July 5, She was supposed to receive a call on July to arrange delivery the following day on July 11, however, that didn’t happenWhen she called on the 11th, she was told that they made a mistake and didn't have our bed for delivery that dayThey mentioned they could deliver a different bed—not the style she ordered—but she declined, opting to wait for the exact bed that she purchasedAs a result, she was told it would be delivered on the 11thI took the afternoon off from work to stay home on the 11th to accept delivery of the bedMy daughter gave the sales representative my phone number since she would be unavailableAt 4:00pm on the 11th, my daughter called to say she had missed a call from the delivery crewI then called the store to try and figure out what happenedI spoke with Stephen who told me the delivery driver reported that they sat in front of my apartment building but didn't come inside to ring the apartment bell, rather they called my daughter and because she didn't answer they leftI asked Stephen if the bed would be delivered today and he told me it wouldn'tHe told me we had missed our opportunity for the dayHe said he would have the sales representative, Cloyce call me and they would try to arrange delivery "as soon as possible." At 5:on the 11th, Cloyce called my daughter, not me, to say the bed would be delivered at some point tomorrowBecause I hadn’t spoken to my daughter since my call to the store, she did not pass the call over to meAt 10:00am on the 12th, I called the store and spoke with NathanAfter doing some checking he informed me that the bed would be delivered today after 2:00pmI let him know that the drivers needed to call me if there was a problem and not my daughter, as I took another day off from work to accept delivery of the bedNathan called at 1:to say the bed would be delivered between - today and when I asked if the drivers had my phone number in case there were any issues, he said they didAt 1:the driver called to say he was on his wayA few minutes after that, I received a text from my daughter saying the drivers were calling her but that she wasn't in a position where she could call them backThe drivers showed up at 1:50pm and were finished by 1:55pmThe worst part of about my experience, and the reason for my complaint, is I didn’t get the feeling that Stephen was concerned about the situation; he seemed only to be concerned about his driversI'm not even sure if he said he was sorry about the (second) missed deliveryAfter this experience, we won’t be doing business with them in the future

We were called the night prior to our delivery and were given a window of to the following morningThey arrived at 1010, we were not home and unreachableTheir resolution was to redeliver days later, although admitted it was their mistake in the inaccurate window being givendays with no bed due to their mistake

I went into the Santa Fe NM store to see what the mattress was like that I ordered online, I was treated with such disrespectI remembered at this moment my experience shopping and purchasing our mattress three years prior, I leftI drove over to Mattress Firm and was treated very professionallyDenver mattress returned my call about canceling the order and the treatment from the store, She did not even say she was sorry for my experience or had any concern for me returning, I said to her so you don't care that you have lost a customer, she laughed and hung up

I PURCHASED A DOCTORS CHOICE MATTRESS WITH ADJUSTABLE BASE ABOUT ONE MONTH AGOI PURCHASED THIS AT THE STORE IN BOULDERA FRIEND OF MINE PURCHASED THE SAME MATTRESS AND ADJUSTABLE BASE AT THE SAME TIME"DANA" WHO WAS OUR SALES PERSON TOLD US THAT WE WOULD NEED TO SLEEP ON THE BED FOR DAYS AND DECIDE WHETHER TO KEEP IT OR NOTSO TODAY I CALLED, BECAUSE I REALLY DON'T LIKE THE ADJUSTABLE BASE, AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE DAY RETURN POLICY WAS JUST FOR THE MATTRESS, NOT THE ADJUSTABLE BASE!!!! I SPOKE WITH "DANA" TODAY AND TOLD HER THAT SHE DID NOT MAKE THIS OPTION CLEAR AND IT WAS OUR UNDERSTANDING THAT WE HAD DAYSMY FRIEND LIKES HERS AND WILL KEEP ITTHIS BASE COST $900!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS A FLOOR MODEL AND WAS A DISCOUNT PRICEI WILL NEVER, NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Denver Mattress Company collects customer data with every purchase to add to their direct marketing listsI tried unsuccessfully for years to be removed from their mailing lists, which is a part of the Furniture RowI recently moved, so I no longer receive their junk mailLast week I bought a pillow from them, and had to tell the sales person times that I did not want to give them my phone, name, or email addressI paid cash and want to remain anonymous so I don't get their junk mail againHe did NOT give me a receiptI now want to exchange the pillow I purchased so I called to see if I could do thisThe manager told me they can only exchange items that are tracked in their system, even though the pillow is only sold at their storesShe insisted they could do nothing because they did not have my customer information, and of course I never had a receipt

I would NEVER buy a mattress/box spring from Denver Mattress again! Two days after getting our new mattress my husband and I started getting red bumps on our bodyWe have people in our house hold and only of us (my husband & I) that slept in this bed had these red bumps that we have never had before We found bugs we could not find any other bugs outside our bedroom Exterminator came out and verified that we had Warehouse beetles in the new box spring Notified Manager at local store right away He told me that they would replace the mattress and box spring, provide their best sheets and pay our exterminator bill The manager said that the beetles likely had came from their Denver, CO warehouse weeks later with no response and after phone calls corporate manager has declined to pay my exterminator billDenver Mattress will NOT stand behind the problem!

I was customer on 8/25/my sale was handle by Blanca LA***,and I told her that I work and my mattress would have to be delivery after 4:30p the day of the devlivery I get phone call about the truck is in front of my home around 8:30am the delivery man had a very bad customer services! No skill at all!! So call and talk to a Shawn and I was told that there computer was down! And that I would get a call back! That never did happen! I call on fri 8/31/And to a man and about my mattrress and was told they would not be able to delivery my mattress to Thursday Septthe 6th That will not work!! Manager 'Andrew W***" and his team did not care about keeping my business at 'ALL' Andrew had very bad non caring attitude! $is not good amount for him to care about my and business from family and friends...I will never shop! 'AT THIS STORE EVER" PLEASE DO NOT SWEEP THIS MATTER UNDER THE RUG!!! MY BUSINESS WAS NOT TRY TO BE RETAIN BY 'Andrew W***' or his staff at all!!!!

We've being trying to get a mattress delivered and an adjustable base due to make sleeping bearable with a health issueSo the mattress is out of stock but we weren't told that when we purchased itSo we were supposed to get the base and a different mattressBut noThey didn't put the adjustable base on the truckSo now we won't be getting it till FridaySo we cancelled an entire day expecting the bed would arrive and instead it feels like we are being penalized with an even longer wait for the bed because of mistakes on the part of Denver Mattress- this company doesn't care whatsoever about is customers and righting its wrongsWe can't even get a refundWhatever you do, don't buy your mattress here

Denver Mattress Company Managers, *** *** and *** *** refuse to honor my 10.Year Warranty of my beautiful 4.Year Old Arrowhead 3.piece Mattress Set because of Bedbug Infection when I purchased the $Bedbug Mattress Protector Ms*** and Mr*** claim since they do not have any documentation referencing the purchase of the Mattress Protector that they can not honor my 10.Year Warranty
I believe Ms*** and Mr*** are treating me unfairly because after I emailed Ms*** a copy of the Invoice clearly showing that I had purchased the $Bedbug Mattress Protector, she still refused to honor my 10.Year Mattress Warranty; and she refused to have someone pick up the infested bedbug mattresses from my home

Just a heads up on Denver MattressOn May I went in and bought a full mattress for my sonThe sales lady said that it COULD take a week to two weeks, but we definitely would have it in two weeksI was fine with this because it gave us time to transform his toddler bed to prepare for the new oneI called May 10, one week later, just curious if it had come in yet, knowing that it still could take one more weekNo bed, no worries, because she said that it would be on the next truck...tomorrow probably! So, Monday May comes and no call, so I called again, nope, not on that Friday's truckSo I asked when it would be in, it would be on the delivery truck for Thursday or Friday, May 17/Because they only get bed deliveries on Thursday or FridayI get a phone call on Friday, the 18th....The sales lady said that I wouldn't be getting the bed that I ordered because there was "a hold up at the facility", but she could guarantee me a bed on WEDNESDAY of this week because they were going to upgrade me(I questioned this Wednesday thing because she originally said they only got them on Thur/Fri, but she said they were getting a truck Wednesday - GUARANTEED) I asked what the upgrade was, and she said it was better fabric but would feel the sameI said, well we need a bed for my son to sleep on so I guess I will take the upgrade, and I said I will need it delivered now because we had it all set up to get it and now that its taken so long those plans have changedShe said yes it will be delivered no later than Thursday for free
Fast forward to today, and I get ANOTHER call from a different guy who says, "Hey, this is __ from Denver Mattress, and I was calling to tell you that your bed is on back order for at least a month but we will upgrade you to the next bed.." I said, yes I know, because I had this all sorted out last week with the sales lady who helped meShe said that it would be delivered to your store on Wednesday, and I was getting free delivery ThursdayHe said, he wasnt sure why she said that because they do not ever offer free delivery, and again reminded me I was getting an upgrade and she shouldnt have said Wednesday because it was going to be on the Thurs/Fri delivery because they never get deliveries WednesdaysI said, you know what I am done dealing with the run around and I want my money back...he then "talks to his manager" and comes back to remind me that I am getting an upgradeI reminded him I needed my sons bed, and I wanted my money backThen he tells me he found a mattress in the store that I can haveSERIOUSLY? I wanted to ask, how many people tested it out? What is so wrong with this one that a minute ago you didn't have one, but now you do?
Finally after a few more "I want my money back I am done dealing with your company", he said he would be putting a refund back on my card within the next few minutesI still have NO REFUND
Clearly they care about their customers

Bed was sinking in the position where we each sleep Called , manager said to meassure , if 1-1/in they would replace it Took pictures to storeThey would replace mattress but we desided to purchase a better onecocst us the difference
Was very nice and have mattrees coming Store in Tyler Texas

I was told at the time of purchase that it was being purchased as the same as I had every previous purchase with Furniture Row, no interest for two years, more than enough time to pay it all offI just got started being charged interest on the purchase I was told was goodIt's bait and switch from your frontline employees and it's unacceptable
