August 13, 2015 Revdex.com Euclid Ave4th Fir. Cleveland, Oh 44115 Attn: *** *** Dear *** ***: Re: ID: *** First of all, I am truly sorry about the mis-interpretation of the events for the sale regarding the above ID #. In
talking with Lori O***, she stated a new black dishwasher was to be installed by the sellers at sellers expenseAll parties agreed and signed the contractUpon inspection, Lori saw that a used stainless steel dishwasher was installed, which was unacceptable to her clients. There was also an addendum for buyer, seller and both agents to split $to repair the windowsThe agents signed an addendum that their cost would come out of their commissions but the agreement between seller and buyer was verbal. The list agent did purchase a new black dishwasher which was left in the kitchenWhen Lori requested the $check from her buyers after signing the closing docs, they stated that they would not pay- and are considering it for the installation fee they would now have to pay. I wish that the sellers would have brought all this to my attention before they felt the need to write to the Revdex.comWe try to resolve all matters internally, as our reputation, integrity and trust is what my business is built uponAlthough the sale of the property did go thru, I am sorry for the events that transpiredGood agents are passionate about protecting the best interests of their clients and for that I cannot fault Lori O***. Please feel free to call me to discuss this further, if you feel it is needed. Thank you, Remax Beyond 2000 Mark S*** Broker/Owner

---------- Forwarded message ----------From: [redacted]Date: Thu, Oct 22, 2015 at 9:18 PMSubject: Complaint [redacted] regarding Lori O[redacted]To: [redacted], Thank you for getting back to me regarding my complaint (ID [redacted]). The business did not address my concern. While Mr. S[redacted] states that his agent was "protecting the best interest of their clients" she treated us, the sellers, as if we were lying cheats who wanted to deceive their clients. That is far from the truth. 1. The dishwasher that was unacceptable to her clients was referred to as "old and dented" (as you can see in her email below). The issue I have is that the dishwasher was NOT old nor dented, I have the picture to prove it. 2. Regarding the window repairs that were done; my agent had other windows fixed out of good faith that were not requested by the buyers. When my agent asked Lori if they even knew that, she said, "No, and I'm not going to tell them." 3. Lori accused me and my husband of forging a receipt (email below) because she claimed there was a leak, and when we had a repairman come out to fix it, he found none and stated it in his receipt (attached). When we went back to review this supposed leak, we saw that her picture that was included shows condensation, which by the way, she later admitted to my agent that it was in fact condensation and was no longer an issue. In addition, her picture of where the condensation was happens to not be the same location where they first reportedly found a leak. My issue with Lori is: -Accused us of lying and forging a receipt -Accused us of giving a less than acceptable dishwasher -Would not let her buyers know that we acted in good faith and wanted this to be an honest transaction Good agents protect their clients' best interests. They also don't hide information from them (us repairing more windows than requested) and accuse sellers of lying and forging documents. Thank you in advance. Sincerely, Regards,

We did not address Lori or her supervisor directly because we were concerned it would not get resolved. Based on the responses by both, we were correct in feeling we needed the Revdex.com's intervention. Her response stated that she didn't accuse us of forging a receipt, yet her email clearly stated it was "bogus". It stated there was no leak which she later admitted that there was no leak. Hence, she accused us of forging a receipt. We want an apology for accusing us of supplying a "bogus" receipt. Her response did not address the fact that she stated in writing the dishwasher was "old and dented." I submitted a picture and there clearly are no dents, nor is it old. We want an apology for lying about the condition of the dishwasher. Regarding her response on communicating all repairs to the buyers, I'm curious as to why she told my realtor that she wasn't going to tell them about the additional repairs not requested by the buyers. It is not hear-say, I heard her say it as I was at the house with my realtor when she was on the phone. If you notice in the picture of the dishwasher, you'll see my realtor in the reflection on the phone. Now she is lying in writing in her response to us regarding a conversation that 2 people heard and can attest to. If need be, I can bring in my realtor to attest to this comment. I am shaking my head at the fact that she has failed to address what she clearly put in writing to our realtor.  Her attempt to insult us by claiming we are acting "immature and unprofessional" 1. confirms that we require Revdex.com assistance in handling this matter and 2. does not address the fact that she called a valid receipt "bogus" (her words, not ours) and calling a dishwasher in good condition "old and dented" (again, her words which were provided by her in writing). The picture of the dishwasher was included with the email if she needs to refresh her memory. The mature and professional thing to do is to write an apology for the above mentioned. We demand a written apology for the atrocious way she acted during this transaction. Then and only then will we be satisfied.
Regards,
