Dear [redacted] ,The gate at the entrance of Ventana Hills Apartments has unfortunately been inoperative several times over the previous few monthsWe have had separate companies ( [redacted] , [redacted] and [redacted] at the property numerous times trying to repair the gate system and have spent thousands of dollars doing soSo far we have run ftof new wire from the guard shack to the gate, replaced operator control boards, replaced loops at the exit gate, updated Keri Doors database and replaced the arm bracket on the exit gateThe entry gates are now operable, but we need to leave them up until the exit gate is working properly due to safety concernsWe have had to wait for several ordered parts to arrive, which has delayed the repair processWe do believe that we are very close to having all gates operational and will continue to work on them until they are.I have spoken with this resident about the gates and let him know that we are working on them and will have them fixed as soon as we canI am in the office at Ventana Hills Apartments five days each week and am available to talk with residents about any questions or concerns that they may have.Feel free to give me a call at [redacted] if you have any further questions.Best Regards, [redacted] Property Manager Ventana Hills Apartments ###-###-####

Dear [redacted],The gate at the entrance of Ventana Hills Apartments has unfortunately been inoperative several times over the previous few months. We have had 3 separate companies ([redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] at the property numerous times trying to repair the gate...

system and have spent thousands of dollars doing so. So far we have run 140 ft. of new wire from the guard shack to the gate, replaced 2 operator control boards, replaced loops at the exit gate, updated Keri Doors database and replaced the arm bracket on the exit gate. The entry gates are now operable, but we need to leave them up until the exit gate is working properly due to safety concerns.
