Current location: Seven Bridges Rd., East Stroudsburg, PA This place is being owned and run by a bunch of scam artists, specifically Yarrow W [redacted] and Janusz G***They will use every lie they can think of in their pushy attempts to sell you a houseThe house can be literally falling apart, however, W [redacted] and/or G [redacted] will assure the potential buyer that it’s the best thing ever seenThis is from my past experience w/ this truly shady duetThey are not the people who will treat you w/ the due respect ever potential house buyer/customer should receive in the processPlease learn from other peoples’ experiences and take your time and resources somewhere else!
We originally put in an offer on this property beginning of March They never responded and we thought the deal was dead Our agent called us out of the blue in the beginning of April saying that they responded and wanted our “highest and best offer” on the property We responded right away and made an offer higher than our original thinking there were multiple offers on the property A couple days later our agent told us they accepted our offer verbally and through email We signed the agreement of sale and send it back right away Weeks went by and they started sending us addendum after addendum My wife and I responded within hours every time In all we signed addendums I believe The close date on the contract was 5/4/ The seller did not sign the contract until 5/4/ Our lender then told us he couldn’t go ahead with this because the close date needed to be updated Now according to my agent, the seller is not willing to extend the close date After all
I enlisted the help of a realtor for a home that my husband and myself were very interested in buyingWe submitted an offer to the listing agent (*** ***-*** ***) on 1/25/The bank would not see offers until the 10th day it was on the market, which was 1/30/On 1/30/17, we received a counter offer from the bankOn the same day (1/30/17), we countered their counter offerOn 1/my agent sent an email asking if it was receivedOn 1/31, *** *** responded that our counter was submitted but she had not heard back yetOn 2/my realtor sent another email asking if *** *** had heard back about our counter offerOn 2/2, *** *** sent an email with an offer from the bank- which was our counter offer from 1/So of coarse, we agreed that evening because that was our offer sent on 1/On 2/3, my realtor followed up with email asking if she had to revise any paperwork to move forwardOn 2/3, *** *** responded saying that she will be in contact

Was out of town on business for a few weeksWas current with my rent but was ending my lease with them because I wanted to move closer to my businessThey knew I wasn't home because of thisThey went in a month prior to my lease ending and cleaned my unit out and put all my personal belongings and furniture in a storage unitUpon me returning I had to pay a fee to get my personal belongings and furniture out of storageWhen I retrieved my belongings from the unit they had trash and food in the bags with clothingI had to throw everything awaySome of my furniture was missingAll my electronics and my children's Christmas Presents were all missingI drove over to the Remax Office with my uhaul and reported to them immediatelyI have called numerous times now it's been months now and no one ever returns my phone callsI took pictures of everything I gotten back that was broke and damagedI have old photos taken inside the unit of things that are missingThe stuff they kept was obviousI have kitchen tables missing the chairs onlyMy end tables and lamps, etcI mean I have a list written outThe woman who actually rented the place to Lori Pettinato has never reached out to me in anywayI drove by the unit one last time to pickup old mail in the mailbox and my patio table and chairs were outside the unit still and my porch chairs and decor out frontThey are very unprofessional when you call them as well because they don't want to resolve the matter in anyway
