I have left honest reviews for Elizabeth G on her realtor.com profile page after a terrible experience. The reviews were non threatening and the complete truth. She continues to delete the reviews because she doesn't like to hear the truth. She refuses to address the issues that I've mentioned in my reviews. She also called the police on me for leaving a negative review for her and has also threatened to sue me for leaving a review. I believe that its an ethical issue that a realtor can just delete a review if they don't like what it says.
Like I said...nothing I have written in her reviews are threatening or false. They are based on facts and her continued ignorance in failing to address the issue and ignore my repeated requests for a response.

The individual who filed this complaint continues to harass the Seller, who is an Agent in our office, regarding his recent purchase of her home. Instead of following the PA Association of Realtors rules for settling such a dispute, he has posted defamatory statements online. He had a home inspection performed and he was made aware of the possible issue with the swimming pool pump. This was disclosed to him by the Seller and they had a discussion about it before the closing.. The individual is claiming this finding is a surprise to him after closing was completed.
We have contacted his attorney and she has not responded to us nor advised him to stop his online harassment. We believe this matter will be dismissed by the Court because he has no basis for his lawsuit. He probably knows this and that is why he continues the internet harassment. We as our Agent's Broker, stand by our Agent/Seller and believe that this matter will be handled by the Court and the Court will vindicate our Agent and RE/MAX Home Center
I am in receipt of the response from this office and I am appalled and want this to be addressed appropriately. 1. Response to “the individual who filed this complaint continues to harass the seller, who is an Agent in our office”.I have NEVER “harassed” this seller. I left a FACTUAL review and the seller/agent deletes the reviews because she doesn’t like to hear the truth. This “Agent” called the police on me numerous times for leaving these FACTUAL reviews. If anyone is harassing anyone it is this agent and the office that provided this response. 2. Response to “he has posted defamatory statements online”. Nothing I have posted is “defamatory”. These are FACTS and I will once again explain them. A. It is a FACT that Elizabeth G from this office left a years worth of dog waste hidden under a pile of leaves at this property. She ADMITS to leaving the dog waste because when I contacted her to remove it she said “it didn’t bother us when we lived there.” I have photos of the dog waste and I have an invoice from the company that was hired to remove said dog waste. B. It is a FACT that Elizabeth G lied about the pool being “professionally closed”. I used the same pool company to open the pool that Ms. G told me in her disclosure that she used to close the pool. She disclosed that the pool heater “needed a new heat exchange” which was NOT true. The pool company said the entire system needs to be replaced. There is a big difference between a faulty heat exchange and a new heating system. 3. Response to “the individual is claiming this finding is a surprise to him after closing was completed”. A. Yes, the pile of dog waste WAS a surprise and the need to have an entire heater replace vs. a “new heat exchange” is a surprise. The dog waste was buried under a pile of leaves and there is a big difference between an $800 heat exchange and a $3000k heater replacement.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This agent and office have not addressed my issue. The agent did not disclose the pool heater was not functional. She disclosed that the “heat exchange” needed to be repaired. There is a big difference between a replacement part vs. a complete replacement. I would like the agent and the office to acknowledge that and correct it.
I accepted the disclosure of an $800 replacement part NOT a $2500 replacement. I will accept $2500 less the cost of the $800 replacement to close this case.
