Please understand the we wish to return the entire security deposit upon move out, unfortunately we are required to return the home to rentable condition as per our agreement with the ownerWe also like our tenant to fill at home while living in one of our properties and do not have an issue with

Remax infinity is the worst company to rent from. They do not take care of their tenants. Once our boilor broke and we toolk cold showers for 4 days before it got fixed. Right now our AC broke and they left us at the mercy of a warranty company calling us back which is closed for the weekend. Out AC has gone out on a friday. We are told that they do not want to take any responsibility. IF the AC people from the warranty company calls back then great if not we are to die in the arizona heat in this house. They don't understand emergency at all. Please do not rent with this company.

Their move-out clauses are also bad. They expect you to professionally clean the carpet and have receipt when you move out along withe the rest of the house with their recommended service which costs ($120 for carpet and $150 to $200 for tiles and bathroom). If they ever find that you used someone else and it wasn't cleaned as expected they will charge you $120 or $150 again off your deposit. They also want us to leave our utilities on 5 to 7 days after they do a move-out inspection. What if they put the electricity on why should we pay the bill when we are already moved out. Some of their terms and conditions are outrageous. No one rent from remax infinity especially in the Phoenix, Chandler area. This is my worst experience renting in the last 8 years that I have rented.

We had the unfortunate experience of working with Ben B[redacted] who is apparently the head of property management at this office. After approving our application for a rental property, we were instructed by the assistant agent to send a very detailed list of items we saw that needed repair in the home. We promptly followed these instructions and emailed the items to Ben. Without hesitation or tact, Mr. B[redacted] responded to our email, calling it a "punch list" and saying that not only would the regular maintenance items NOT be fixed, but that he was going to continue seeking out other applicants!? I was taken aback and completely shocked to get such a negative reply!Clearly there was some kind of miscommunication here. Despite the unjustified/rude response, we replied back to his email telling him that we had been instructed to send that email and that we were very much still interested in the property and asked him to call us. He never called. We contacted the assistant Janet again to try and get ahold of him and even offered to spend our own money on the repairs requested-she stated she told him this and had asked him twice to get back to us. We called and left messages with him as well and....still no reply from Ben.Wow.
Long story short= WORST SERVICE EVER!! This guy was the most unprofessional "professional " I have dealt with in awhile. When your profession involves people's lives, such as their home, you would think that a person would not be so dismissive in responding to clients or refusing the common courtesy of communicating with them about the home they chose/were approved for.

The Tenant of [redacted] did contact the management company upon move out and stated he felt the charges were not justified. We sent him not only all the receipts of the work performed but also the photos of why the work was needed. He continued to disagree even with the...

photographic proof. We would love to return all of the security deposit but the property was not left in a condition that warranted We were required to remove bleach stains from carpet $85.00, repair broken sprinkler heads according to lease agreement$70.00, remove trash from the property $50.00 and clean up the landscape as it wasn’t completed. $100.00We also received a letter From a [redacted] - Attorney at law in August of 2013 and responded in accordance to the letter only to have the letter returned as undeliverable a few weeks later. I am attaching the letter along with a few photos of the home upon move out and the returned certified letter responding to the complaint.
