Remax - Judy B[redacted] was the sellers agent of the home I purchased. Judy is very unprofessional and does not follow the law. We ended up with 9 counter offers on this home. Offers went unanswered and we were left hanging. Our realtor tried very hard to get information for us, only to be ignored as well. This was a 4 month nightmare. When we finally closed on the home July 15th of 2016, we closed in the location we were staying at the time 2.5 hrs away. After closing we drove the 2.5 hours with a trailer load of stuff and asked Judy for the key to the home. She refused to give us the key stating he client was staying in the home until the next day until noon. This was unacceptable. Nothing was stated in writing, no amendments written up nothing. This was our home and we couldn't even have access to it. Our insurance was on it and the electric was changed into our name. I got the law involved and drilled the locks out. The seller was not home and still had a lot of items in the home. I changed the locks and left a note on the door to contact me or the police when she wants to get her stuff. I got a call at 11pm that night. We stayed in a hotel nearby as we couldn't stay in the home with all her stuff there. I had to go to the home at 11pm to let the seller in to get her belongings, should couldn't get it all and had to come back the next day, leaving me to have to wait some more to get into the home we purchased. Judy B[redacted] does not follow the law and thinks she can do what she wants. Very unprofessional, and very difficult to work with.
