Our realtor put our house under suspension. My husband asked her for a letter of opinion and gave her a figure to put in the letter. Instead of her telling him it asked for her opinion not his. She freaked out and said it was illegal and she wasn't doing it and he got mad and called her a name. She was still showing the house and then I was going away for a few days and let her know it was ok to show the house. Then she started to want to know when I will be back and because I didn't answer her right away she put our house on suspension without both signatures and said it was a mutual agreement on the suspension. She also changed the closing date on us without our knowledge from July 14, 2019 to January13, 2020. She told us to get a lawyer, who does this to clients, I have never dealt with a realtor like this before in my life. I have all email from her to me and my replies back to her.
