[redacted] has talked to our [redacted] manager on multiple occasions as well as with our regional manager last week on 2 separate occasions. insufficient funds as soon as [redacted] sends a copy of her cancellation which she has stated she will send 2xs but has yet to send. This is needed in order to process any further reimbursement which [redacted] is aware of. [redacted] took it upon herself to charged back the last 3 invoices in an attempt to collect her money back. Even though this was not the best solution and can cause more challenges plus leaving us with few options, we did not dispute the charge backs nor send her account to collections which is the standard protocol. Instead we allowed this to happen in order to correct the issue with her funds and service her. We also acquire fees from charge backs but due to the situation will not dispute them with [redacted] as courtesy for her challenges. As of today, 11/16/15 our regional manager has spoken with [redacted] again and requested for a 3rd time a copy of the signed cancellation so we can attempt to reimburse her for the insufficient charges she acquired. [redacted] has already been reimbursed via her charge backs for any drafts that should of not occurred. Once [redacted] can provide proof of her written notice to cancel we will look at reimbursing her for the insufficient charges. We did not dispute the charge backs nor send her to collections even though we have not received proof of her cancellation so we have already granted some exceptions to [redacted] and worked well outside our normal policy for her.
