Since day one we have had a problem with our rentalOur realtor is ** *** and his assistant *** ***At the walk in we notified them a ceiling fan and outdoor outlet did not work and after a cpl days noticed the a/c was having troubleThe ac guys came out and replaced the thermostatWe notified them a cpl times about the fan and outlet and no one ever cameThe washer/dryer did not work, the dishwasher didn't clean, and the fireplace doesn't workThe ac has had many many service calls between the thermostat and condenser having to be replaced after failing in 90-degree weather and multiple service calls to fill freon in a leaking unitThe service guy even told us they told him to "bandaid" it and put stop leak in it which would hold weeksHe advised them to replace the unit*** said they would after a couple weeksI have this call on record! A cpl weeks later Al told my husband he didn't know about itI called back mins later and Al told me he didn't have the money to replace the unit and they would not be replacing itThey kept filling it with freon after thatThey are very condescending to their renters and take NO responsibilityThey are not polite at all and if theyre not talking down to you they're very dry toned on the phoneWe had the main water vane bust outdoors after a cpl of months and they asked if we were sure we weren't looking at sprinklers going off...they told us we didn't know how to properly use an ac unit and ac units don't need to cool a house past degrees in hot weatherThis is how they talk to peopleTheir own service guy keeps telling us the unit has to be replaced and the issues we've had were caused before we moved in not by us! We had them out one time to put freon in and this one time out of like service calls my filter was dirty and they are billing us for the service call when the repair guy says that wasn't THE issueOne week later (today!) The ac won't blow cold air at all again and we're waiting for the repair guy it's degrees in my house and climbingThis is the umpteenth time it's been over degrees in my house! I have thermal curtains in the entire home! And again it is not user error weve had inside outside days! Guess what supposedly they're replacing it AFTER we move! They also want to do a walk thru days before our lease is up when our lease says we have days AFTER the end of our lease is up to do itThey threaten to charge per day if that is the caseThese people have NO intention of giving our security deposit back no matter how clean it is as they intend to use their cleaners regardless if I hired my ownThey are nickel and diming it from the moment you sign the leaseFor the love of god stay awayI'll reconsider my rating if they resolve our issues! But we're gone in a couple weeks!
