I have reviewed this complaint and have tound the following.< •Ms. [redacted] spoke to a sales representative from Goirealthinsurance.com  that  represents  our plan as well as several other we are not affiliated with. The plan that was sold to Ms. [redacted] by GoHealthinurm1ce.com that...

we administer was the VBA Membersltip with Accident Coverage. 1 am not familiar with "[redacted]" that M.s. [redacted] is.refen-ing to in her complaint nor dothey represent our company in any way_                                  •   ' •We emailed and mailed out plan materials and documents to Ms. [redacted] during February for her plan that would be eftce!ive on 03/01117_ We received an email and then a telephone call from Ms. [redacted] on 02/1Oll7 at 8:47am where she proce,eded to yell and scream at  our customer service person as we have well noted.  Once the call ended the customer service personshe was yelling at cancelled the plan and infom1ed aecountin to refund in rul\.The accounting department processed the refund on 02/10/171at 9: 11;;tm in full for the amount of$37.95 back to Ms. .Johnson's credit card that was giv:en to the sales representative during thesales process.  We then mailed out a cancelation letter.... . ,The VBA plan has been  fully refunded as requested in Mi)olmson' s complaint.
