Our complex had Remdal paint our buildingsThey did a very good job at a reasonable price Two years later, they sent a fellow to inspect the paint to see how it was holding up He found a few things that needed fixing and they will be coming soon to do so I was amazed, as I thought this kind of customer service was long dead What a wonderful surprise that they inspect their paint job a few years later I am so impressed with this company and it makes you feel that Remdal really values and cares about it's customers Their painters are friendly and professional as well We will be using Remdal again for sure
All we can say is that it started off wellBut, after four straight Spring to Summer months of work on our 11-unit townhouse for stucco painting they stopped working before project completion and now it's been two straight months without any progressEvery time we hear the rain we are wondering if the water is getting inside the stucco someplace where it should have been repairedNow we brace for Winter and we are very disappointed by their overall service
