Remedy Asphalt Sealcoating and Repair L.L.C.

Remedy asphalt did not complete job I was told I would receive balance of deposit back after 7 weeks I was writted a check that bounced and no call

I entered into contract on X-XX-XX to have two driveways done. Remedy was supposed to show up the filling week. No show up and they would not return my calls. After several weeks of "we'll be there tomorrow I told them not to come and return deposit. Remedy then showed up at one the the properties and put first coat on driveway and never came back never answered phone calls. After 7 weeks I was told by text message I would receive refunds after first job was subtracted. Well they never finished the first job. I was then told they would meet with me and nobody showed up and they wouldn't answer my calls. I was then called and told a check was in my mailbox. Went to their bank and of course bank said check was no good. I left several messages and no return call .
