I was looking for a car for my son to take to University in North Bay I had been looking for a while and had seen some very shady dealers and vehicles I must say the level of service I had received from the moment I entered the dealership to delivery has been exemplary Even after delivery we found a minor issue and the manager, Mohammed, was very receptive and promised to have the matter resolved when my son returns from University My experience has been very good thus far
Dishonest company with poor serviceThey will lie to the customer to make a used car saleWhen buying a used car, I do not expect a mint condition vehicleBut any issues there are, I would like to be told aboutSince my August purchase I have been driving around with a leak in my AC line and I was specifically told there was no problem with the ACI have a Osensor that needs to be replacedThese are major repairs that should have been disclosed at time of purchaseAlso the back windows are broken and they stalled me and told me they could not get the parts, but really they were just putting me off until my thirty day warranty ran outI would never go back
