I ordered items online that were advertised with free shippingA charge was made against my credit card that included shipping chargesI emailed the sender and gave immediate notice to cancel the orderI received an email in reply that a refund would be made, but to "allow time for Chinese New Year"I cannot understand why this would make a credit card refund take longer!
