Regarding complaint, This person called left a few messages wanting  to schedule  an appointment to repair her washer,  returned her call she wanted to set a time for someone  to repair her washer,  asked her what the problem was she  said it was working just...

having problems at spin cycle,. left out the fact the it was leaking ,sent out tech the next day which was a holiday Good Friday he spent over an hour, transmission needed to bereplaced,it would be  cheaper to buy a new machine, Tech informed  problem  to see what we can do to help her with a new machine and to extend our cost to her due to her stating that she was going though a divorce . The tech gave her the phone number, address and website of the discount store which she called and purchased washer at our cost. also emailed her the washer and cost for her to review.Now as for the cost for the appointment she requested , I do not have the help of a crystal ball to know exactly what the problem is however with the information given could only guesstimate  cost would be approximately  230.    Not given the  truth valuable time was wasted along with a diagnostic that could have be done over the phone at no charge .regarding invoice she received  for the diagnostic appointment and now stating that its a rip off and kept going on and on,  proceeded to explain  then stopped wanting to end this so with out hesitation house call was not charged  only the tech time. This person paid for the revised invoice in full.we are grateful for the many  families that appreciates the time, savings, concern and professional input that we do our best to give to all that we service.Every one goes though difficult times in life and what you may be facing the person that is trying to help you may be facing something even more challenging however if that person has only good intentions and is able to  look pass self you are being treated  with kindness being thankful is always good.  There is a saying if you have nothing good to say ...say nothing! or reflect on what is going on before reacting.
