We purchase a toilet for her at $ 272.00, original she was going to use the old toilet back, Ms. *** picked out a oil rubbed shower fixture that cost $ which we purchase. She wanted us to purchase the matching faucet but I told her repeatedly that she used up her allowance she needed to purchase that or pay us the difference. She did not
item Cabinet and countertop allowance $ 1000.00. Original we were to do a basic cabinet and culture marble top. Ms. *** got is to build a inch sink cabinet with drawers and a seated vanity area for putting. She also went to *** *** and picked out a granite top for and told me that the granite people told her the granite was on $ 40.00. Wow! She spent her allowance just on the cabinets. The cabinet was also distressed which is a 25% up charge
item 16, customer is to provide tile bars and mirrors, etc
Basically, this is a lady that went over her allowances and wanted extra stuff and did not pay for it. I gave as much as I could but I. You see she does not complaining about the free linen closet
The divorce is concluded I was at the Roanoke County clerk’s office yesterday I was told that the Judge signed the Decree September 17th If you check the online docket, the Decree shows up as being signed on September 17th The clerk has it and it should be processed and in my box in the next week
