Dear Ms***, "Calibri This letter is in response to the complaint that you filed with the Revdex.com on September 10, Our goal at Remington Place Apartments is to ensure safe, clean and hospitable environment for all to enjoy I apologize that the apartment did not exceed your expectations Normally we do allow incoming residents to view the apartments prior to moving in, however, our inventory has been lower than and apartments are being moved in quickly Because we do not have a model of this style of apartment, we sit down with our prospective move in’s and explain the differences from apartment to apartment, first floor to second floor and etc I apologize for the misunderstanding about your apartment floor level Upon learning of your situation after we talked on the morning of September 12th, I personally inspected your apartment with the maintenance supervisor and noticed the following items The refrigerator is older, however, it did properly seal itself when open and closed The fire escape door closes and locks It is secure and no safety situation exists, but I do agree that the weather stripping needed replaced and that has been ordered We do not normally supply a vent hose to resident’s personal dryers Typically, if the resident has their own washer and dryer they are responsible for the supply lines and vent hoses The oven had a white film from oven cleaner not being wiped out all the way Upon this inspection, we re-wiped the film that had dried on it The tub handle was loose and has been tightened by the maintenance supervisor The back bathroom drawers were missed during the clean I have called the cleaning company to come back and resolve this matter Our apartment homes are not furnished with new appliances at move in based on cosmetic reasons, but are replaced when they no longer function as they should All of the above this items were addressed and corrected by the end of business on September 12th We are very sorry that the apartment and our efforts to accommodate you did not meet your satisfaction Our team has discussed what we can do to prevent this from happening in the future As we discussed, we have opted not to hold you to the lease agreement and are in the process of refunding your monies The monies once cleared from your bank account to ours, can typically take up to days to process Sincerely, [redacted] Remington Place Apartments Community Manager

Our goal at Remington Place Apartments is to ensure safe, clean and hospitable environment for all to enjoy.  I apologize that the apartment did not exceed your expectations.  Normally we do allow incoming residents to view the apartments prior to moving in, however, our inventory has been lower than normal and apartments are being moved in quickly.  Because we do not have a model of this style of apartment, we sit down with our prospective move in’s and explain the differences from apartment to apartment, first floor to second floor and etc.  I apologize for the misunderstanding about your apartment floor level.
