Hi Remitr,
I have send out auto deposit money from my account which my back confirmed already deposited into remitr account but transfer details shows up as "Cancelled -Fund not received" on remitr app and also their support team have no clue about this transaction. They mentioned will contact operation team and get back to me. Issue like this should be taken care right way on the phone call or chat discussion. Why the users have to wait for day or so to get their financial transaction issue resolved. Remitr need to look into this seriously as they dealing with financial world where every transaction is very important to customers. Not happy with way they dealing their support and operations.
Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. As we have communicated to you and explained to your satisfaction, the transfer in this case was completed within one day of receiving funds from your bank.
In cases where funds are not sent within cutoff time after making a transfer on Remitr, the transaction is automatically marked cancelled. Once we received your funds we were able to reprocess the transfer at our end. Under normal circumstances it would have required you to initiate a new transaction at the current exchange rates.
We hope this is matter is closed and to your satisfaction.
THis is really unfortunate that I had to do the busiiness with Remitware Payment inc, I have used thier service to send money back home
as soon as I installed this app, I was keep getting calls from a lady and she was asking me to transfer the fund through thier . Today I have made
transaction worth $999 each , one is through the email transfer and the other one $999 trough interact online. WHen the lady called me last time I was told that
through they say it takes 4 to 24 hours , as soon as the money deducted from my account it will be credited back to my back home bank account , which never happened
I called the number mentioned in the app (XXXX XXX XXXX) the call went unanswered and went to a personal mail box named, ***, though they say they are 24 hour service
no one picked up the call or it did not went to the IVR , after an hour , I got a call back from the number XXX-XXX-XXXX, he claimed his name was ***. when he was talking
to me I could hear the vehicle sound , looks like the individual was traveling , ***, I wanted to confirm that he is at office , I did ask him
to check my transactiob details , he pretended like he is checking and told me to call My bank , as the transaction did not go through ,and I was pretty sure that the payment went through
I forced this indiviual to check the details again , he started giving me out all the information with out even authenticating me ,*** they collected all my
banking and personal details at the time of the registration , if they can give out the transaction details like this , I am fraid that the personal details of me with them is not secure
when I asked for the manager , as he was talking to me *** , he disconnected the phone stating that he doesnt need any customer like me and told me to call the
bank and cancel the transaction. Please take this matter very serious as this company works with out any rules or regulations, and the personal details with
