Agreed to repair marble countertop. Refuses to return calls.
Purchase date for cabinets and marble countertop 1/23/2018. After installation of marble countertop, ***(owner) came to my home to install a garbage bin in a cabinet and to collect a check for the balance due from purchase (check dated 3/22/2018). I showed him a crack in the marble and residue left on the surface. I asked if the area could be repaired. He said he would send his worker to the house to repair. No one ever came. Early in July, I went to the business and waited to see *** He was with a client so I left a note. He called me back and expressed surprise that the repair was not done. He told me that his worker said he had fixed the problem and that I was satisfied with the result. I informed him that that never happened. He assured me he would take care of the problem and be in touch. I never heard from him again. My husband and I called several times and left messages with the business. Our last attempt to reach him was 8/6/2018.
I would like to have the crack repaired and the residue left around the crack removed.

We are currently in transition from one stone countertop company to another company.
We were told by the previous company that a representative had been sent to the home of Mrs. We spoke with the representative who stated that he went to Mrs. home and that Mrs. was there at the time. The representative of that company further stated that Mrs. approved of the install and the countertop that was in her home and that she did not have any problems or concerns with the stone when he left. This is the reason that we have decided to change the company that we were using.
We have made several attempts to contact Mrs. via phone and have been unable to contact her. The new company is ready to evaluate the stone when contact can be made with Mrs. to schedule a date and time. The company can be out there as soon as the middle to end of this current week***, when contact is made with Mrs. There are no voicemails from Mrs. in our voice mail, however, it is possible that the messages may not have been recorded in our phone system. Mrs. can call the office Monday - Friday between the hours of 10am - 4pm to schedule a time to for someone from the countertop company to come to her home. Mrs. my also email *** or stop by anytime to schedule that appointment. Mrs. does not have to wait to speak with the owner to schedule the appointment. Any staff member can schedule the appointment for her.
We apologize if there have been difficulties communicating with Remodeler's Warehouse and its staff in reference to this project. We are committed to our customer's and we will make a diligent effort to work with Mrs*** to address the problem. We will also have the company continue to try to contact Mrs. to set up an appointment to evaluate the stone countertops.
