Attached is the back side of our contract demanding binding mediation So in response to [redacted] Remodelers Inchas not refused arbitration or mediation, we demand it It is in our contract Therefore, Ms [redacted] should follow the contract, that was signed over three years ago, and we can all sit down and discuss whatever she would like to discuss Thank You Mike P***

In response to the complaint filed by [redacted] : Remodelers Inccompleted a project for Ms [redacted] over three years ago The project was completed to code and passed a thorough inspection by [redacted] [redacted] signed a completion certificate stating that she was 100% happy with the project Three years pass and I receive a call on my cell phone, while boarding an airplane leaving on vacation [redacted] explained that she thinks she has a water issue I explained that I was on my way out of town and asked if it were an emergency She said it was not an emergency I told her that I would talk to her when I get back in town That we were starting a project in a few weeks in her neck of the woods, and we would be more than happy to look at her issue When I arrived back home, [redacted] called and was very rude She exclaimed that she paid $1,to her contractor friend to fix her problem After listening, in more detail about her problem, it was evident that her issue was brought on by a lack of maintenance on her behalf I think it is an absolute slap in the face for her to file a complaint for her lack of attention to her own home I was willing to look at her issue but she proceeded in a manner that is suspiciously fraudulent and now is asking us for $1, Her file has been forwarded to our council and any further communication should be conducted on record Mike P***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The work was completed and what was visible to the eye looked good; however, the issue is with items that could not be seen as it was work that was covered with other items There was no way for me to know that doors had not been sealed or flashed Mike is making personal attacks and statements that are not factual and should be upset with his brother, Jim as Mike said that I needed to talk to Jim and there was no response from Jim and Mike said he had talked to him and I had called and left a message on his cell phone and never got a call back So, I don't know how they were going to do anything when they did not make any attempt to respond to my calls Mike has no idea what my relationship is with the new contractor so for him to say he was my "FRIEND" is bogus This is just an attempt to not be accountable for HIDDEN cutting corners I will be more than happy to talk to their council Mike did not ask if it was an EMERGENCY He said he would have someone stop by and a month later that had not happened NOR had anyone contacted me I was the one trying to contact them to resolve the issue A month later I had to do something There was no neglect on my side as my house is taken care of and again he is making statement he has no facts to back An exterior door should not leak within two and a half years Sincerely, [redacted]
