I ordered a product from this company and after 2 weeks of not hearing anything about the shipment I tried to reach them by phone and email without success. After numerous voicemails and emails for a 3rd week I had to cancel the order via [redacted] They never responded to me. On day of my refund I get a general email that said that my item may take a while to ship because they are backed up and that they would let me know when that would happen. No apology for the bad customer service or the fact that I never got the product. Terrible company. Luckily I paid with [redacted] and they were able to get me a refund otherwise I would probably not been able to reach them.
I placed an order on Nov. 27 and have not received an email confirmation. I have placed 2 emails to the company and have not received any response. Very poor business!!!
