HelloAfter receiving an email from your side, we tried to call [redacted] she picked once where we explained what was done which she recognize very well and then when we asked her the reason of complaint with Revdex.com she said she thought the Charges are too high which she did`t say that day when she called even though she was getting her computer fixed by somebody else for $before calling us,since we told her the charge would be she was very happy to pay this amount for getting computer fixed .when we were talking on the phone we told her if there was any problem she could call us even if she wanted a refund because we have days refund policy she has also got a receipt in her mail box which was signed by her electronically that she is agreed with charges,Receipt has our Toll free number and Email as well very clearly we also offered her a refund if still she is not satisfied.but she said I appreciate you are refunding money and then hung up since she has not been picking up .Considering this, we also tried to send her an email where we had mentioned everything that she called us with computer problems first we did the required diagnose for herAfter that, we told her the charges as applicable and only after that, we had fixed all her problems Later, we told her to check then we took her card details also took her electronic sign on the receipt where our Toll Free number,Email everything is mentioned most important refund policy is also mentioned there that she is eligible to take refund within days if she is dissatisfied,since we saw the complaint date was still under days so we also have mentioned her on the email for full money refund but before we refund the money at least she has to talk to us once but she didn`t reply back so far.Now,We are sending you the attached copy of the sent email and her receipt which has got her sign and even her IP address of the computer.Thanks & Regards, [redacted] Customer Relationship Manager

Hello We spoke with her she has got no issues anymore with us as we have refunded money back in her account.Her concern has been settled now and she is happy.Thanks *** ***
