Review: I placed an order on [redacted] I did not receive the item. When I called the number on the site ###-###-#### I was told the company shared a building but had gone out of business. I looked up the domain names contact information and found the owner to be [redacted] and found the phone number ###-###-####, when I called they were less than helpful and stated that the company is still in business but not operating at this time. I have provided my credit card information to a company that appears to be fraudulently taking orders on the internet and stealing credit card information. When I called the number they would not help me and told me if I wanted to be a pain in the [redacted] to contact the Revdex.com. They are not concerned and are stealing credit card information.Desired Settlement: This company needs to be shut down.

Review: I made a purchase from this "company" because it stated "shipping within hours of payment". However, a week later I had contacted them via email twice with no response. On my third attempt asking for a full refund I finally received a response stating "Our apologies that you have not received any information regarding your order, but for the past couple months our website and processing terminals have not been functioning properly. We have not been able to process nor view any orders". This warning was nowhere to be seen on their website!! After I made payment of $39.95 I immediately received a confirmation email, so I find it odd that "their system was down for two months". I just want my money back and I want this company held accountable for misleading their customers. Also, I forgot to mention that the response I received from them started out with an apology and ended pretty nasty & hateful. Simply because I asked for a refund! I don't know if this company is even ligit since the confirmation email I received had no company info whatsoever, no address, phone number... nothing! Very shady business! Thank youDesired Settlement: Full refund of $39.99, and for company to have to state on their website that their system is down and the only thing that will happen if you place an order is they charge your card and disappear!
