Review: On 05/19/2015, I ordered Item# [redacted] 2 New Replacement Keyless Entry Car Remote Key Fob Transmitter for [redacted] The products did not work so I called Remotez4less ([redacted]) and was told to try changing the batteries. The fobs still did not work so I called back and they sent a replacement order along with a return label for the previous ones. [redacted] return label tracking [redacted] delivered to Remotez4less 08/03/15. The replacement keyfobs quit working after 1 weeks use. Even new batteries did not remedy the situation. I called Remotez4less back and was specifically told by a rep to return the item for a full refund. He gave me the return address and said it would be faster if I just sent them back instead of waiting for a return label. I took them to the post off the next day. [redacted] tracking # [redacted] received by Remotez 09/02/15. I called Remotez4less on 09/04/15 to inquire about when I would be refunded and was told the would process the refund the following week and I would see it in my [redacted]l account afterwards. A few weeks go by and still no refund. I called Remotez4less again this morning 09/28/15 and spoke with a rep who said I would not be refunded because the original order was more than 60 days old. I explained that another rep who specifically told me to return the product said I would be refunded. He proceeded to get very rude and hung up on me. Everyone I spoke to prior to this at Remotez4less was helpful and customer service oriented. Why would they knowingly tell me to return the product if they were not going to refund me. I was even given the return address of [redacted] NJ by the rep who told me to return. I was not privy to this address prior to that conversation. The fact is that the products did not work, I was told to return them for a refund by a rep who was looking at my order when he told me that, I returned it, and I received no refund.Desired Settlement: All I want is a refund $35.95 (the amount I paid) for the returned product to my [redacted]l account. I am not even asking for the money I had to pay out of pocket to return the non-working remotes.
