[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Ms.S [redacted] is lying I purchased the vehicle from Malloy Lincoln Mercury in for nearly $7,cash In I returned to get my window repaired and was informed that I needed new motors for the front and back driver's side doors I paid several hundred dollars for the repair A month later, I cam back with a complaint about how slow the windows were going up and down and how the new motor was weak They told me to give it time and that the more I would use it, the more it would adjust and move normally It never did so Finally this summer, the motor's they replaced di not work The original motor on the passeneger side still functions I'm very sure I never needed a new motor and that they purposely destroyed any record with hope that the time would not allow the receipt to be found Although I am sure I still have the receipt, it will take a long time to search for the document I cam to them the begiinig of summer The summer is nearly over Based on the Malloy brand, I hoped that integrity would have inspired the repair of the window Instead, they have become a third world business, seeking to fabricate lies in order to save $on the repairs I plan to use social networks, [redacted] , [redacted] and [redacted] to expose them I further plan to contact Consumer Affairs This is my final demand for the repair of my windows before escalation Regards, [redacted]
In reference to the complaint ID above.Mr*** has had his vehicle in our service department only a few timesMost recently on May 5, for the repairs indicated on his complaintThere is no indication that the motor was replaced and there was no money collected from Mr*** at that
time.The other visits to our service department were on November and September and these visits were for an electrical problem not related to a window motor.If Mr*** can provide me with a receipt showing where he paid for the window motor and for the installation of the window motor I will be happy to investigate the matter further.Thank You,Tina S*** Controller
