I went in looking for a job the minute I walked in they were very unorganizedAs soon as I started to interview with Kristen [redacted] she had a negative attitude was very rude with how she spoke to meShe called me and spoke to very rude over the phone she acted in very unprofessional wayI would not recommend this company to anyone especially working with Kristen [redacted]

The company is all about self. They really don't care about the people they employ. They pick who they automatically move to a next assignment and who they'll give the boot or run around to. Sometimes they answer other times they don't. No matter how they let you go they will claim you quit!. The company will constantly tell you how it's a long teem assignment. Then when you're placed with the company they will tell you it's temporary but should go to a certain date off and on. Then they just let you go even though they knew for a while a project may have been ending. Not to mention they will steal time from you. If you go even minutes over your time and it waawas approved over time they will not pay you. However they still want you to show up on time for your full shift and not get paid for any extra time you spent doing your required job.

Please do not work for this company!!!! I totally agree and have experienced the same things as the other persons who left reviewsThey will indeed place you on assignments with the lie of the position turning into a permanent position with the companyThey will release you from assignments and then lie to the unemployment office and tell them you voluntarily quit! Once you’re placed on an assignment, you can no longer have any contact with your recruiterThey will not answer your calls, return calls, or emailsIf you ask for a number for the corporate office to file a complaint, they will provide you with a number for a call center that does not have any authority to file complaintsYou cannot obtain any information on any corporate officersNo names, phone numbers, or emailsDid I mention that they will LIE and say you quitThey will cause you financial hardship and ruin!! If you do not have another source of income, please do not work for this companyThey are unscrupulous!!! And unethical!!!! This was the worst employment experience that I have ever had!!!!!!

I have tried multiple times to complete the online profile, but it never saved my information properlyI called in for assistance on January and the person helping me asked for my login password for my online accountneedless to say, this is dangerous and one of the first ways identity theft occursI wrote an email to RemX through an online email template, but did not receive any feedback or contact from themAsking me for my password is unacceptable and is an extremely poor practice

We received the complaint ID# [redacted] that was initiated by [redacted].  I have attempted to reach Ms. [redacted] via phone and email. Upon review the records indicate that Ms. [redacted] had applied to an advertisement we had posted on a job board.   [redacted] called her and then...

scheduled her to come in for an interview with us on January 30, 2015.   During the interview [redacted] and Ms. [redacted] discussed different types of clerical and customer service assignments that may be available through RemX in the future.  Ms. [redacted] indicated that she did want to move forward and be hired by RemX.  At that time we did have her complete the new hire paperwork which does include her social security number, address, ect. We submitted Ms. [redacted]’s resume to three separate positions since her interview in our office.  She was selected by the Account Manager for one of our clients and she did have an interview at this client’s site on February 16, 2015.  Other candidates were selected by the Account Manager for this position after the interviews, and this was communicated to Ms. [redacted].  She has not been selected by clients or Account Managers for the other two positions.  [redacted] has been in communication with Ms. [redacted] to let her know the status of these submittals. As we hire hundreds of people every month, and thousands of people every year, please be assured that we only used Ms. [redacted]’s new hire paperwork to comply with our national company’s policies and federal new hire guidelines.  Her information is very secure and will never be compromised or misused. We are required by policy to keep her online application on file, even if she does not get placed.  However, if asked, we will shred Ms. [redacted]’s other documents so no personal information will remain in our office. We are disappointed that Ms. [redacted] did not communicate uneasiness with us as we could have easily relieved her concerns.  There are many other Employment Staffing Agencies in the Valley, and in the Nation, and all of these agencies do ask for socials, addresses, ect. when hiring new candidates. Please contact us if there is anything else that we do to help.
