stainless steel under the same standards that the merchandise that we used to manufacture in the U.S. We also let her know they are covered under the same Rena Ware warranty, but she was still unhappy with their purchase.As we do not manufacture utensils in the U.S. anymore, and in an effort to resolve the situation concerning the unwanted products, we spoke to Ms. [redacted] last week and accepted the return of the merchandise for a full refund of the deposit, even though she admitted having used some utensils. Our customer’s mother, [redacted], called us on December 3, 2015 to claim that our Independent Consultant, Ms. Rosa H., told them at the time of the sale that the merchandise that they ordered was made in USA, but the one that they received is made in China and in Korea. We are in the process of investigating the claim, and we are collecting additional information to solve the case as soon as possible. We will keep you informed as appropriate. Sincerely.
