Ref: ID [redacted] December 14, I received the original report from the tenants of this apartment on 12/3/in reference to their windows being wetWe ask them several questions and determined that the reason why they were wet is because of condensationI sent both my maintenance staff to the apartment and they also determined that there was condensation on the windowsA couple of days later (12/8/15) the tenant called again and wanted something done about air coming in through the windowsWe explained to them that maintenance was backed up, but would come up to look at the windows againMaintenance went to the unit and replaced the beading on the windows in question on 12/11/The only thing that we told them we could not 'fix" was the condensationI do not have any report of a room not warming up or anything about the front door_
