I read the answer and was disturbed since on 10/21/it was not $they were requesting it was $They were charging, as the letter mentioned above and not explained by the receptionist in the front, fees for cancellation and accommodation, wow? Then charged me for leaving the practice distraught and unsatisfied with a claim of two minute appointments?My frustration with this practice above all stems from the fact I left numerous messages to converse with the doctor and to no avail, this ripples the communication from staff.They mentioned, statements were sent and I did not receive until a notice from the collection agency was forwarded??? This business is less than professional.I propose, under distress, I will pay $for charges they claim are accommodation and cancellation charges but they should dissolve the $67.57.Thank you,*** ***

Thank you for your prompt responseI am not certain how they have reached the amount they are requestingI assume they charged me for walking out of the appointment although I was present but left after feeling once again maltreatedI have left numerous voice mails requesting a callback, and did

This for what she is stating from leaving the practice due to maltreatment.  From the practice standpoint, and according to detailed records from 10/21/2014 when this incident occurred; [redacted] arrived at practice and was asked to pay past due balance of $15 from rescheduling two appointments 10/15/14 less than 24 hours.  On 10/15/14 patient called three separate times to change her appointment time for that day and at the last call decided to cancel. Every effort was made to accommodate patient’s needs for that day, but she ultimately canceled. Our cancellation policy is that patients are charged $25 for a no show or visit canceled less than 24 hours. [redacted] left our practice that day, (10/21/14) leaving two 30 minute appointment slots that could’ve been used by patients in need of an appointment.  The fee for leaving that day, rather than keeping her appointment and paying the $15 added up to $75. After 9 statements were sent, finance fees applied, and a collection agency fee charge, her balance increased to $142.57. This balance was sent to a collection agency on 6/24/15.
