Good day,
Mr. [redacted]'s room was not entered by any other associate in the hotel according to the electronic lock interrogation. The guest did have a room mate in the room that was not registered in the hotel. Only the guest keys accessed...

the room during the times of the alleged theft. The information was given to the hotels insurance carrier and they denied the claim due the facts of the lock interrogation after their review. As a goodwill gesture since the insurance adjuster denied the claim, the hotel returned some $591.00 monies back to the guest to reimburse him for his loss.
