So you are implying that I gave no money at the date of move inI gave a one time fee for the security depositI was told that Renaissance place was running a special and with this specialI would not receive back a security depositAlso I would receive a TVI guess both thing where untrueI pray that you guys go back and look at your books and the funds that you received from meWhich was the money I was told with be in place of the security depositNow if I have to pay the $due to one of your workers dishonesty I guess it will have to be done, but I don't feel like I should have to pay and I know what I was told and I know what I paidJust as I was told that my washer and dryer would be replaced when it caught on fire, yet it was never replacedAlso I requested the dish washer be fixed yet it never wasI just gave up hope on them, I pray that you all do the right thing.

It is invalidThat is not the info I was provided when I signed my original leaseI would like the address and phone number to the corporate office of *** and ***I tried to find it online but it was not readily availableThey need to now the interworking of there employees and how they are swindling people out of money. I don't know where the money is I paid and the original lease I signed but I refuse to pay $for your companies mistake

NOTE:  The lease will confirm that the resident did not have a security deposit and as a result, all damages charged as a result of resident negligence would be charged back to the resident.  NOTE:  The lease will confirm the signature of the resident   Exhibit 2:              Signed Move In Report NOTE:  The signed Move in Report confirms condition of the unit prior to the release of keys to the resident; resident signature confirms they conducted pre move in walk through and agreed to the condition of the unit.   Exhibit 3:              Signed Move Out Report NOTE:  The signed Move Out Report confirms the condition of the unit upon the resident vacating; resident signature confirms that a move out inspection was conducted and agreed to the condition of the unit.  Resident provided the staff with her forwarding address.   Exhibit 4:              Move Out Statement NOTE:  This statement notes the breakdown of damages along with the costs associated with damages.  Also includes the letter that accompanied the damage report that was sent to Ms. [redacted] to the address she provided.   Exhibit 5:              pics of the unit after Ms. [redacted] vacated.   Exhibit 6:              copy of invoices for items that had to be replaced as a result of damages during Ms. [redacted]’s tenancy.    We believe we have presented the needed evidence to refute the claim/complaint submitted by Ms. [redacted] and justify why this former resident was sent to collections for damages.  Please contact me directly if further clarification is required.   Kind regards, ______________________________ [redacted]
