So far, so good! We have just begun our journey with Renaissance Pools and love the attentive nature of this family owned business. Owner Jim and daughter Heather have been so friendly and informative. The prices are fantastic for the high end brands they carry. Renaissance only carries American made spas which really impressed us. This is one stop shopping for all your outdoor needs, including the big green egg grills which is next on my list. Thus far, we could not be happier and look forward to the delivery and installation of our spa!

Well, I am posting today because we are buying another pool from them for our new home! We realized today that the staff has not changed - honest, very kind and works hard. It is a small family business and while they are clearly juggling a lot they have never dropped the ball. They are genuine and really care about each client!
Jose is amazing! Tanya is very flexible and Jim is a wealth of knowledge, a talker! Today, we paid our deposit and because we wanted to start the HOA process quickly (needed drawings) Jose immediately drove to our house to get measurements - the drawings will be completed with 24 hours. The amazing part is that he came to our house without any notice (I just asked how quickly) and it was immediate - the
Everyone is very knowledgeable & helpful when we were searching for the spa to meet our needs. They answered all our questions, and when they didn't know they got right on the phone to get the proper answer from the manufacturer. No pressure to hurry and make a decision which was very nice & considerate.
