john u*** is a scam artist - I moved in the property in spartanburg in june of 2017 NO AIR called his electrictian month after month to try to fix it - never got fixed or was told they put freon in the tank - winter comes around NO HEAT - never got warmer then 59 degrees in there. 2 animals died because of the cold - we were sick constantly - there was a constant bug problem, ants, spiders, yellow jacket nests in the yard. I was promised screens on the windows ever got them - this being said ---- our electric bill was always between 500-900 we never paid full rent because of it and he was aware - I moved the day my lease was up - since then its been put on my credit for over 5000 he has fixed up the place and sold it - I spoke with saturn (who has the acct in collections) and reached out to john. s*** told me I was a liar and my dog did a ton of damage (the dog that died because of the cold?) and that he had fixed the heater - which he was called every few days up until the day we moved - horrible unliving conditions - we had space heaters, blocking off doors with blankets and me, my fiance, neice, nephew and son were all smushed in the livin room together to stay warm ---- WHAT A DISGUSTING PERSON AND I URGE EVERYONE WHO THINKS ABOUT RENTING FROM HIM TO RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
