Renaissance Property Management

Review: Members of our subdivision have been repeatedly ignored after placing calls to Renaissance Property Management. Calls and emails have been made regarding keeping the grass mowed, requesting approval for storage buildings, violations of the subdivision rules, etc., with little to no response. Some residents are allowed to have boats in their driveways, while others receive ultimatum letters stating they are subject to penalties if they have a boat in their driveway. The back of the subdivision is so unkept, grass is growing up through cracks in the street. There has been a constant leak and serious flooding from the lift station in the subdivision with no response. The lift station site is grown up with weeds aside from staying flooded. My dues are paid a year in advance and I had to request a receipt and request up to date garbage stickers. Renaissance placed a decorative wreath at the entrance of the subdivision in the Spring and the wreath was faded, torn, had missing fabric and exposed wires--it looked awful and should never been used as a decoration.Desired Settlement: Perhaps there is a staffing shortage at Renaissance, and if so, it should be addressed. A vital part of customer service is returning calls and or correspondence in a timely manner. I don't mind them not having an immediate answer to a question, but they should at least return phone calls and or questions addressed in correspondence and state they are working on the issue--give some type of response and not leave us hanging. Being ignored sends a terrible message.

At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding Renaissance Property Management has been resolved. They contacted me by phone and said they were working on the issues. We've seen where some of the concerns have been addressed. Thanks for your involvement.
