I wanted to get in touch with the Revdex.com in response to a claim that was put on me and my business Below are screen shots of ***’s services and all of the times she received a discount from our salonI have also included the email that was sent out to clients that hadn’t been in the salon in
months or more on May of It stated that clients could receive a free haircut with a paid color service if they hadn’t been in for months or more and I explained to *** that she had been in the salon in January of 2017, so it didn’t qualify and she was not happy with that response so I went ahead and gave her a 10% off both of her services on 5/14/17, as you can see in the service history of the client card The price for the woman’s root touch up is $and the price for the woman’s haircut is $50, so she received a total of $just to be nice and try to make her happy I explained everything to her at the time of our phone conversation She also has had discounts in the past on 5/23/and 8/25/I also will include the cancellation history, which I explained to her on the phone that when she cancels, and cancels at the last minute that it costs the stylists money, as they are on commission onlyIf you look at the services she has received over the years she has had many discounts that most of the customers are not able to receive I saw that she Yelped me a star and the day this happened she changed it to a star and we had conversation again via emails to explain everything I’m explaining to you at this time I normally am very consistent and generous with my clients until I see that they are abusing my policies and the email stated the free haircut was for those that hadn’t been in the salon in months or more.
