I have had multiple request to replace/repair my air conditioner unit, but have been told by the head of maintenance that it is too costly
I have lived at this complex for over years and every year this unit breaks downIt started to flood the floor again this spring and the complex had an outside contractor to come in and he recommended that the outside unit and the indoor unit both needed to be replacedThey replaced the outdoor unit because it totally broke down but the head if maintenance(Jerome) has refused to approve a new unit because he said that it was going to be $which is too costlyThey have come back multiple time to only to Repair it, but they do not fix itIt has stopped working again and this weekend when the temperature was over degrees, they gave only two small units that only cooled two rooms

On May 5th the bathtub faucet came completely off while I was attempting to batheI called and left a message on the emergency maintenance line, which states I will be contacted immediatelyI left additional messages that day, with no return callOn Sunday the water had leak downstairs in the kitchen through the ceilingNow there is water damage, ceiling is messed up and potential moleI called and reported that and sent emailsIt took hours for me to receive a callIt is now May 10th and the problem has not been fixedI am without a shower/bathtub to bathe in my homeThey have not offered to accommodate me by moving me to another unit or hotel until fixI was told I have to allow time for it to be fixed and I am still obligated to pay my full rentI was also told they are not planning to deduct from my rent for the days I am without a showerThey are in complete violation of the SC Tenant Landlord act as they are not providing essential services of sanitary plumbing a
