Merchant sold us a transmission that does not work for
Merchant refused to return calls provide or manager contact
Manager will not refund or replace
Ordered an Automatic Transmission for $1300 for a customers 2013 Nissan Sentra from this merchant & sales woman advised of a 90 Day warranty
Merchant avoided calls for 3-4 weeks after initial contact 12/12/19
Spoke to saleswoman on 12/12/19 to advise of a problem with the transmission & was told that I had to speak to the manager *** & he would call me back
After not getting a return call the next call was on 12/17/19
Manager *** refuses to refund or replace or even provide contact information for owner
Sales women ( *** provided product & warranty information
Manager was also on vacation for more than a week & the merchant refused to return calls or provide instructions to get a replacement
Merchant provided invoice with no warranty info but verbally promised 90 days yet after being advised of issue merchant is lying about amount of coverage but even with the shorter warranty ( which was not agreed upon) the initial contact still does fall within the shorter warranty period
