Mr*** pulled up on the Seadoo to the fueling dock*** was greeted by one of the attendants and he started to fill up the tank where the ladies had told him toThe pump shut off quickly and he asked, "are you guys sure you need gas?"

Upon check-in, the guest never called to state any complaints. I personally dealt with this guest. She demanded new bedding but did not want housekeeping to bring it over, nor make the bed for her. All cake items were put in a box. No one was aware of any platter that needed to be included with the...

cake. We are not holding the platter hostage. We require shipping to be paid for by the responsible party and guest was informed she would probably want insurance on the platter to be shipped. Guest was called back after 1st phone call and I did leave a message when she did not answer.
