other store where rings are routinely adjusted by our jeweler. Our jeweler examined the ring in front of the customer Marvin [redacted] and kindly refused to resize the ring because he knew it was a fake ring and it could not be resized. Our jeweler did not tell Marvin it was a fake ring because he did not want to cause a disturbance or embarrassment for Marvin. In addition, Marvin only spent less than 5 minutes with our jeweler. It is difficult to replicate a ring in general, but to do it in such a small time period and with such great detail that Marvin did not even notice is physically impossible. In fact, Marvin mentioned that the ring was a "plastic" replica ring. In order to make a silver, gold or platinum ring (which are the only materials we work with), our designer would have to design the ring, 3D print it, cast it, and then set diamonds on it. This entire process would normally take weeks to complete and we cannot imagine doing it with plastic materials. A couple of days after this incident, Marvin showed up to our store with policemen and claimed we replaced his ring with an exact fake copy. The police asked Marvin for receipts of the ring he purchased from another business, but he was unable to provide. As a result, the policemen dismissed his claim. We have been in the Revdex.com since 2012. In addition, we have been in business for over 30 years; we have clients that have returned numerous times; and we are a family business with family values.
