I paid in full $ 6,083.41 for photographs and DVD of my wedding in May of 2008 to [redacted]. Some of...

the pictures were unsatisfactory. [redacted] did a re-shoot of some of the pictures. when I received the final DVD ( video was semi edited) and album ( pictures were too dark), I discovered the quality was still unsatisfactory. [redacted] said to bring them to the store. February 2013, I returned the DVD and wedding album to [redacted]. He decided to make the necessary revisions and get the album and DVD to me as soon as possible. Subsequently, have emailed, texted, and called him every month for an update. The last time I spoke to [redacted] was in August, when he stated that he was busy on business in South Korea . I have not heard from him since. I would like a full monetary refund or revised album and DVD.
The last time I called his business number was 4/*/14, but it is not accepting calls. Also, I have left messages on his cell phone.  I went to his place of business, but no one answered the the door.

Review: We hired Rendezvous photography and video for our Wedding day on October *,2009. before the wedding, we had an engagement photo session with them and we were happy with [redacted]'s work. so we signed a contract for our wedding and selected the "gold plus special" for $4,500.00 We signed the contract on 4/**/09 and paid the deposit of $2,250.00 and paid the full balance amount of $2,250.00 on 9/**/09. We received our proofs and extra prints and 3 DVDs shortly after our wedding.we were very happy with the photography and video so we were anxious to receive our albums. However It wasn't until the spring of 2012 that they were able to email PDF files for approval of the albums to be printed. The delay was due to damage to their office and relocation after superstorm sandy, but they e-mailed that it should take about 6 weeks to go into production. I would leave several messages and e-mails to follow up on my albums and not get a reply for months. There were several different office assistants who replied to emails and a few short conversations from [redacted] assuring me that they are in the printing process after being delayed due to the high demand during the holidays. [redacted] finally came to my house to deliver my main wedding album and 2 parent albums last year. We looked at them all together and was pleased with how they came out. Until we looked at the "bride's" parent album and noticed a damaged in the last picture. he promised to have it fixed, since I waited long enough it should be perfect. because the albums were leather bound, he would have to have the 5x7 album rebound. I have left several voicemails on the office number (now out of service) and his cell phone mailbox ( which would go to voicemail and would be full from time to time) and several emails to both addresses. [redacted] and [redacted]. I just want what I paid for and to be able to give my parents their album from my special day. I should've kept the damaged album if I had known he would disappearDesired Settlement: I just want the 20 page 5x7 bride's parent album as described per our contract. I had it in my hands but he took it back to get reprinted and bound. I even gave up on having him edit our video as per our conversation about a few changes to be made. All I want is what I paid for. If he lost the PDF file, I have it from an email. I'm not asking for money back, I'll take the damaged album that was printed. [redacted] is a talented photographer but a horrible business owner.

Review: My husband and I utilized the company subject to this formal complaint (Rendezvous Weddings) for photography and videography for our wedding and related ceremony/reception approximately 17 months ago. We paid Chris L**, the company owner, in full on September *, 2014 (a day in advance of the wedding), and while he and his team were present for our wedding time and for the agreed upon time, we still have yet to receive the products that we have already paid in FULL for. The list of products we are missing include the following: Our leather bound acrylic wedding album inclusive of preselected pictures (provided 14 months ago), hardcover wedding album for each of our respective parents’ (2 copies – preselected pictures provided 10 months ago), my grandmother's album (same as denoted parents’ album), and a package of photos in varying sizes of which we selected and supplied to him over 12 months ago. Also, while we received our wedding ceremony/reception video on a flash drive, the contract that was signed by both parties stipulates that we are to receive 3 DVD’s of our wedding ceremony/reception in leather cases, we have received NONE. We have contacted Chris a MULTITUDE of times (by phone, email and text) and the very few times that we were answered, we were ensured we would have the aforementioned items “soon”, each time resulting in the given timeline passing with no follow up contact or explanation. We are disappointed, as we have now been married almost a year and a half and have no keepsake photos or DVD to share with friends and family. Included is my elderly grandmother who suffers from progressive [redacted]s disease and for whom we would love to gift the album for which we have PAID FOR IN FULL ALREADY so that she can be reminded of a special day in her life.Desired Settlement: We would like delivery of our products immediately as well as a refund of $1000 due to the extreme delay in receiving our products and time missed being able to share them with friends and family.

Review: I hired Rendezvous Weddings as the photographers for my wedding in the fall of 2010. We signed a contract stating that they would photograph the wedding, and that after the wedding we would receive picture proofs and eventually 3 photo albums: one for the bride and groom, and one each for each sets of parents. After 2 years and 11 months of emails, phone calls, voicemails, etc. we finally receive the bride and groom album by traveling to the office and waiting for [redacted] to come to work. We were told at that time (September 2013) that there was a delay with our parents' albums but we should have them in a few weeks. It is now January 2014 and though I have called and texted numerous times I have not heard back from [redacted] since we got our album 4 months ago. In my last voicemail message two days ago I let [redacted] know that I would contact the Revdex.com if he did not respond. As these final 2 albums have been paid for in full, we ask that they be delivered to us as promised.Desired Settlement: We expect to receive our parents' albums as soon as possible.

Review: I chose this company as the photographer/videographer for my June **, 2011 wedding. The photographers were great, but it took me more than a year to get back all of my contracted items. I first received my prints and my videos. [redacted] apologized and promised me one print enlarged and done on canvas. I still had to call and write multiple times after to finally get my album. I was finally able to pick up my albums last November (2012). At that time I also dropped of my large engagement photo dropped off to remove a signature on my husband's face. The [redacted] apologized for all of the continued delays and explained that it was because they had moved and issues from Sandy. He promised to have the picture cleaned up and the other picture done ASAP. I felt I patiently waited 3 months without a call or email. I finally began to call this past spring. I have left multiple messages on his cell phone and land line. Not one response. I emailed today but also do not expect a response. I have emailed in the past and he stated that he has fired his assistant because they do not check the emails. I am at my wits end.Desired Settlement: I would at this time like an apology, an acknowledgement, and the delivery of the items. I do not feel that is much. I also told him that I wanted to pay for an additional copy of my video. At this point I am not even interested in any other dealings.

Review: I paid for all of my wedding photos in full. I am still owed two parent albums with 20 5x7 prints, 3 11x14 prints, 3 8x10 prints and 10 5x7 prints. I have sent many emails and have left several voicemails in the past few months and have not heard back from them at all. I also wanted them to fix my wedding album cover because it was wrong but I never received a call back about that either. I want my pictures ASAP!Desired Settlement: All my pictures that I was promised in my contract.

I would like some sort of refund as well.
