Asked for a new watch battery and paid $another customer walks in and picks up watch that also received a new battery and paid $The sales person cleaning my watch whispered something to the other clerk while completing the transaction for the other customerThis was really not very professional and being a visitor to Houston I choose to take my watch and leave, but warn others that my experience is not one they will want to endure and after learning they are not a Revdex.com member concerns me more
I dropped off a watch over a month ago I have received call from the business despite having asked them to notify me when the watch would be ready, when the parts would be received, etc I went in a the beginning of the following month to ask about the watch and was told they were waiting on a part, and expected to have it done in a week I heard nothing via call or anything since the visit So I went back in the middle of the month, and was told that they were still waiting on the part, so I politely asked that they call me in the next couple of days just to let me know if they had received the part, or were still waiting I heard nothing, so I stopped by again the week following I asked if the watch was ready, was not given a direct answer, so I repeated myself The lady working then proceeded to give me an attitude, mind you they have done nothing with my watch, nor have they bothered to call me with a status in almost a month She said she had called me again which never happened I can only assume they made a note in their journal so they did not look bad, there is no record of a second call in my mobile phone When I asked them to give me my watch back since I would be taking my business elsewhere I was told it couldn't be done When pressed they said they had to put it back together I am thoroughly frustrated with this store with their terrible service and attitude from the employee I spoke with
