We spoke with Ms*** over the phone on the 23rd of August, and tried to resolve her situation to the best of our ability Our return policies are clearly outlined both on our website and on our packing slip Please see copies of both attached Ms*** is free to
use the shopping credit of $however she chooses We wish her all the best

My complaint is with Renee Rousseau Skin Care CompanyAfter using their product for a number of months for my extremely sensitive skin I found that it was not working to my satisfaction My skin was slightly irritated and I would need to seek another skin care regiment elsewhere that didn't irritate my skin hopefully
I returned an unused item within the required time frame creating a $credit from them due back to me I was unable to return any of the other products I had due to having it longer than their return policy allowed It turns out her companies policy is they do not offer refunds It can only be used as a credit towards future orders I understand that except with my difficult sensitive skin issues I am not able to or willing to try another product that may or may not work for me and then I would be in the exact same predicament
I contacted their customer service and explained my situation with my sensitive skin, therefore, I am not able to use their

Renee claims to come to New York once a yeardue to the fact that I live at the tip of New York and I am a business lady, it would be quite difficult to take some time off from work and fly out to TexasSo I thought it was a perfect opportunity, since she is coming in months! I emailed Renee’s secretaries, requesting an appointmentThey emailed me the following day- impressivly- Renee would be coming in months but they dont know the exact datethey will put me on the list and as soon as they know, they will email me backI emailed them quite often till I got a reply that she is coming, on this and this
date, and they can set up an appointment with meI set up an appointmentAnd I was super excited!!! It all worked outThey emailed me about a week later, they made a mistake and really theres no more available appointments! They could email me the next time she comes if I’d likeI sent back a reply stating what I just write to you guysand after a little back and forth and no help, I said I will write you negatively on Revdex.comShe told me I should go ahead and rate them on Revdex.comSo with her permission I went ahead and rated them;)
