At this time, I have been contacted directly by Borisal Liquor and Wine regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They are refusing to directly refund my money because: 1. Since I filed a Revdex.com complaint - I must request a charge back from
my bank2. I contacted my bank in this regard, but it takes several business days/weeks to initiate a charge-back, forms to fill out, etc. I am currently waiting for a final response from my bank in regards to the charge-back, and my money to be refunded. What amazes me is that the vendor promised to refund me on separate times in Sept/and their on-line web portal has been down for weeks too. Thank you.
