In addition to Renee's Massotherapy taking almost a week to respond to this matter after initially bringing it to their attention back in November they have admitted to making exceptions more than once to their policyBoth these facts are inconsistent with their decision and demonstrates the lack of care to the public they serveFurthermore, regardless of their allotted time frame once they admit to making exceptions it is irrelevant to remind the community they serve that they have a policy to stick to, therefore their policy is flawed and needs to be re-evaluatedHope they use more care and attention towards their future clients than they did with us
