rest of the story.ms*** purchased a carthat car had a new ac system installed the day she picked it upthe car had been running for hours during the heat of the day when the ac was being charged and checked out to make sure it was right when she picked it up.it was sitting there
running when she came in to do the paperworkit was not leaking anything! my office is actually inside my shop and Ms*** could clearly see the car running while we were doing the paper workin fact she pulled her car next to it and left it running for the entire time she swapped out her personal stuff.before she left, she asked me if the oil had been changed recentlyI did not know for sure so she said she would just how get it changedwhen she got to the oil change place they checked it out and told her every thing looked good, except for a small piece of heater hose that appeared to be swollennot leaking anything here eithershe told them to change itinstead of ordering the six inch piece of standard hose and replacing it on the spotthey tried to order the hose from the parts house where they were told that they would have to wait for it to come inshe told them to just forget it because she would get her brother to fix it later.then she drove it to Dallas,TX and back before getting the hose replaced as she had been advised to by the oil change placeknowing that the hose could potentially fail at any timewhen it did just like they told her, she kept driving it until it blew the engine. then two days after she bought the car, she calls me to tell me she left it at a shop on the side of the road on the following Monday she showed up at my shop in her show car, along with her brother in his show carshe proceeds to tell me what happened and hands me the hose that failedI showed her brother where the car had been running for almost hours, there was nothing on the groundthere would have been had there been any leaking at the time ms *** bought the car. once he and I and my mechanic talked about the whole deal he just shook his head because he knew she should have replaced the hose before driving it miles.I can assure you that the car was fine when it lefthad it been leaking anything she would have NOT been allowed to drive it off the lotcars need coolant and oil and fuel, among other things to be able to run. she is not being forthright in her storyshe was negligent in maintaining her vehicleshe waited too long to replace a hosethen when it failed, she drove it without coolant and melted the engine.she has slandered me on the Internetshe has made further liabious slanderous remarks here to the Revdex.com.I have spoken to her attorney several timeshe continues to apologize for her behaviorshe will face legal action if this harassment continues
