clerk reached out to the customer explaining the difficultiy and even stopped sewing until after the customer came back in to give her his blessing to continue The material and quality of the club patches, from the customer, made it extremely difficult to sewIn the end, we went over and beyond in our effort to maintain constant communication with the customer and complete the sewing process in accordance with the guidelines of the club

I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting this response because: This was a botched job that had nothing to do old patchesThis had to do with incompetence. I would think as a business owner you'd want to make sure you had satisfied customers. I will accept nothing but a refund for the alterations, and a new vest or a refund for a new vest
