Review: I ordered a pair of tin haul jeans in july 25, 2013. I had messenger herin august 4, 2013 and asked her when my jeans were shipped cause I still haven't received them. No response. So I wrote her again on the 8th of august asking her I ordered the jeans on july 25, 2013 have you shipped them and if did do you have a tracking number?I haven't received them. It has been 2 weeks. Still no response so I tried calling on the 16th of august and no answer. I tried writing her again. I told her she needed to send my jeans or give me my money back. I ordered my jeans on july 25, 2013. You told me that you shipped them a week after I ordered them. Guess what no jeans! I have tried to get in contact with you and response. I am getting very frustrated! Get ahold of me or I am going to go futher with this matter. Thank You. She really got in touch with me on September 17, 2013 and she wrote [redacted] I did send your jeans. I received the pkg back destroyed so I am putting in another order for your jeans. I am very prompt with my customer service and work very hard to keep my customers happy. I'm sorry this has happened please be patient while I get another pair in. Thank You **. Than I put keep me posted. 9-25-2013 I wrote asking what the status is on the jeans. This is what she wrote, My order is in with the warehouse just waiting for them to process and ship. On 10-4-2013 I wrote whats the status. no response. On 10-7-2013 asked what the status again and still no response. Same 10-15-2013. On 11-6-2013 I wrote I messaged you 3 times in oct. and no response, You told me in sept. that you had an order in the warehouse, so where are my jeans? You have no customer service. I am going to take further action if you don't not give me the jeans or my money. This is bt I ordered these jeans in July. On 11-12-2013 I called no answer I left message no response. I wrote on 12-17-2013 and said still no response from you. Whats going on? Been waiting 5 months for these jeans. You just stoled my money.Called 2 timesDesired Settlement: My money back.
